Dmills Posted February 18, 2007 Share Posted February 18, 2007 Hi all,I was wondering if anyone knows of a course in crowd management aimed at live events? Fleetwood offer a "crisis management and human behavior" course but that is aimed at cruise ship officers and crew rather then at the land based side. It strikes me as something that FOH management and some stewards would benefit from. There must be something out there aimed at crowd stewards for football if nothing else. Anyone know of anything?
