Adam Brinkworth Posted January 24, 2007 Share Posted January 24, 2007 Hi, Ive done a few searches, but have not been able to see any Electrical Training Courses related to stage sound/lighting etc I am really looking for something in the Lighting fields, eg Distro, Dimming Packs etc. If you know of any course which are available, then please post. tokm Posted January 29, 2007 Share Posted January 29, 2007 Not 100% what your looking for, but if your wanting to know about the electrical side of things like dimmers, perhaps seeing if dimmer manufacturers do training courses on use/maintainance of their kit. I'm pretty sure Avo do them for theirs. Would be surprised if you couldn't. After all, Martin & VL (as well as others) do courses on their lights. Other than that, there's courses by ABTT and C&G's that cover theatre electrics, or are useful and common in the theatre world.
