andy_s Posted September 20, 2006 Share Posted September 20, 2006 there is a shortcut which restores factory presets and gets rid of snapshots etc - you can find this in the owners manual addendum which can be downloaded from the Mackie Website.Go here for PDF download and look at console surface quick keys. (on power-up as Mark says)but ctrl+help is indeed the one you would want to erase snapshots. in the addendum, you'll also find quick keys for clearing channels, dynamics etc which are quite useful.
