As a theatre lx, I have accumulated various relevant tools to my job, but on my now regular forays to the Edinburgh Fringe, I find myself building truss and various temporary structures, which are not part of my usual work. I bought a nylon truss hammer from Flints, but it wasn't very effective last year, and I also own a podger, which I rarely use the rest of the year. Are there any other tools that will save me from embarrassing myself in my venue again? (In my defence, I'm a good lampie :) ) Any help would be gratefully received.
