big-ben
Does anyone know where you can hire costumes, such as the over-sized chefs, to use for an It's a Knockout competition, or perhaps a design that shows how to construct your own. Big_L
There are several companies that do 'It's a Knockout' as a whole package for coporate type events, so if its just for a one off hire one of them might be able to help: It's a Knockout I Know I've been a part of one in the past, but can't remember which company it was! Sorry! Lewis
big-ben
We've looked at them but they want about three grand for an afternoon's event, so it's the old DIY approach now
w/robe
I think you will be lucky to find anyone who has the money to make and store such large costumes if they are not using them regularly. The BBC have some 'character' costumes but I'm sure they would not be happy for you to get them wet/covered in foam. The other option is to buy cheap Fancy Dress fat suits google for them, (wonderlandparty.co.uk £36ish for clown, sumo, nurse or chef) and then dress them your self.
