Anyhoo - I'd just use any research material avaiable (Yellow Pages, Google etc) and send your CV off to each one with a covering letter. Try and go for the recieving houses, small arts centres etc as these would give you (IMHO) better and more worthwhile experience than continually followspotting some West End musical! I'm not really sure what the best approach would be, but I suppose just state what you have done, and what you'd like to do, and I'm sure if you e-mail enough theatres, then one will come back to you and possibly give you some paid cassie work!
