GazBar
Hi guys just a quick question on good practice. I need to get mains to lighing bars to run some scrollers, Is there any problem with just using a 13 - 15 amp tail at either end and running it through the socopex. Andrew C
Sounds good to me. Some will recommend that you only have one phase on a Soca.

J Pearce
Some soca will only be rated with 240V insulation. With 2 phases running inside it there is potential for 415V. 2 phases on one bar is fine though, the 6 foot rule is long gone.

GazBar
If only it were that easy. It has to go through two walls and along some conduit then across the ceiling of the school hall Garry
Rich newby
Or you could go with the lazy way out, don't think laziness could justify the hire cost though ;) Its £165 per week from S/ERich
