A while back I had a rubber sleeve type thing with lanyard attachment point for replacing stuck hpl's in source fours etc. It went over the lamp and helped you grip it without risking breaking it.

Anyway it inevitably walked and I cant find them (or even know what to search for!) so does anyone know where to get one or what they are called?
