I have time on my hands and am willing to help anybody that needs programming for a venue.
I am fairly proficient with MagicQ. and Onyx.
I can create time coded shows for anyone in need, saving time for people with little on their hands.
I can add audio into cue stacks with timed cuestacks for Chamsys.
Or using looper and reaper I can use actual timecode for Onyx.
Just offering my services.

If on boot up the colour wheel just continually rotates and the magnet passes the sensor, this is due to the stepper motor to shaft of wheel is out of alignment, the solution is to undo the grub screws on the drive pulley hold the shaft of the motor with needle nose pliers, rotate the pulley slightly, now tighten the grub screw, and re try the startup procedure, you will probably have to do this several times to get the exact position of the sensor / magnet alignment.

I am looking for lighting repair and programming work. I have experience with Hog 3 and Hog 4 consoles, also Chamsys Magic Q, and Onyx systems.
I have programmed lighting on mainstage shows and lounge bars on cruise ships.
I am 61 years of age and do not work at heights, I have been self employed and have a good work ethic.
I have 35 years experience repairing entertainment equipment, I can re-cone loudspeakers, service audio mixers. I have extensive experience with Martin Mac products.
I am based in the Canary islands, but am willing to relocate. Ideally UK. I have experience of working on Cruise ships with Elation LED lighting products mainly.
I would be happy and willing to fit into any working environment
CV available on request.

sounds like 6 or 12 chanel mode has been implemented, check the patch to see what mode, make sure the fixture is in the same mode.

I think you will find the sensors are the thermal sensors on the led cob chips, the socket becomes brittle over time, but working on those cob leds is a real task. replacements are expensive around 100 dollars each Digikey sell them.
Good luck.

The pan noise will be a dry drive belt , just clean the belt then I usually usa some WD40 on a cloth, hey presto noise gone.

He's already undone the grub screws. It's stuck on the shaft.
I am surprised nobody designed a special removal tool for those shafts. From experience I have had many problems in the past.
Some sort of bearing puller or expanding minature scissor jack?

yes you sort of can, if you program your scenes on the 1-8 buttons above the sliders, then set the replay to manual., now set the crossfade slider to 2 seconds, as you press each scene button the DMX will fade from one to another. I am assuming this is the same as the DMX 1612 operator.
But the controller is fairly limited, but this you can do almost certainly.
