  1. Just to put this one to bed the fixture has lost its software, normally you can upload new software and the fixture will be fine, you will have to upload in "boot mode". Instructions are in the manual for this procedure, if you are in doubt phone our service department for help (01622755442). As for the dodgy PSUs Gareth mentions, there were a number of problems with this product when it was released but all fixtures should be sorted now we did extensive upgrades and recalls when we discovered these issues, so I would be very surprised if this is the cause of the problem.
