  1. ABOUT US LTN Productions is a multi-disciplined event production company. Established in 1992 we have been delivering live projects for well over 25 years. We work across a range of sectors, media and industries, from automotive to agriculture, FMCG to pharmaceutical and everything in between. Our dedicated team have steadily built a reputation in the events industry and are well-known for providing seamless production services. We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic AV technician to join our dedicated and passionate team. We primarily work with event & creative agencies helping them deliver projects for many high-profile brands. We encourage our clients to see us not as a supplier, but as an extension of the creative delivery team. ABOUT THE ROLE As an AV Technician, the candidate’s primary duties are to support the senior team with day-to-day operation of the business and project delivery. As a small team the candidate will support the directors and Senior Production Manager equally, however the candidate will ultimately report to one of the directors who is permanently based at our BH21 premises. The standard working schedule will be 9:30am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, however flexibility around project requirements is expected. EXPERIENCE Experience in at least two of the following areas: Lighting, Video, Audio, Streaming and Scenic/Staging The candidate should have at least 3 years of industry relevant experience. RESPONSIBILITIES Support the Directors and Senior Production Manager with day to day running of projects Prepping, installing, operating and re-rigging equipment Liaise with clients to deliver a high level of customer care Manage equipment hire, returns and testing requirements Assist with manufacture/repairs of equipment Assist with deliveries/collections of equipment Perform basic vehicle checks and maintenance CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Ability to work both as part of a team and independently as projects dictate Ability to multi-task and support of multiple projects simultaneously Have a technical mindset with basic understanding of sound, lighting, video, scenic production & live-streaming disciplines Competency with Microsoft Office Suite Basic understanding of CAD software such as Vectorworks is desirable Valid passport and willing to travel for projects Full UK driving licence Job Type: Full-time Salary: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year Benefits: Company pension Cycle to work scheme Free parking On-site parking Profit sharing Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: Commission pay Notes: The job is requires in-person working at our premises so the candidate must be able to practically commute or relocate. We primarily work with event & creative agencies helping them deliver projects for many high-profile brands.
