    My friend has an excellent recruiting technique when dealing with a big pile of resumes (CV's) - he divides the pile into two equal piles and immediately throws one pile straight into the bin, exclaiming "I don't want any unlucky people working for me!"

    Hello - My daughter in law (who runs the American Dance School in Wantage, Oxfordshire, UK) has asked me to build her a full sized motorcycle for an upcoming 'Bat out of hell' number and although I've gotten most of it done, I'm having difficulty thinking how I might build the engine... It doesn't have to be a Harley or anything special - just black and lumpy looking and ideally not too heavy. Do any of you guys have any ideas?
