  1. Hello, To whoever this helps, we've had many issues with screenmonkey not displaying correctly with certian computers and hardware and have managed to find a fix that sorts the issues out and so far has worked on every machine that we have tested and runs smootly Install the KLite Mega Codec Pack FirstWhen installing, select advanced setup on the first screen, and make sure "ffdshow" is selected for both dropdowns below named "Preferred Video Decoder" and "Preferred Audio Decoder"Install ScreenmonkeyOpen Screenmonkey, right click on the "Dashboard" tab and select "List"Drag a video file into the cuestack, right click the video name and select "Video Options"Under Video Acceleration, select "Use Overlay for Hardware Combatability" and click "OK"Test the software and it should be working correctly There seems to be little infomation on screenmonkey out there, but can be a useful free tool to use on small productions when needed. We found this fix by tweeking the options on various machines and hardware and these settings seemed to fix them all. Hope this helps
