Thanks much for your reply. Ironically, it's the heads update that screwed me this way, as the old version has the right profiles with matching channel counts. I still have the old version on my pc so now I'm building a show there with outdated profiles to see if that works.

Hello, all. Urgent, possibly stupid, question. I have Ovation F-415FC's here in the venue. I set them to 11 channels each. In my Chamsys Quick-Q, I can't select 11 channels as a option. The option "12chRS" seems to match DMX channels but eats up 12 channels in the patch. The whole point of going down to 11 channels was to fit them all into 1 universe, so I'd like to know if there's a possibility of actually using 11 channels for every spot on my patch, or at least a reason why I can't. Getting our Chauvet spots to play nice with our Quick-Q desk has been a frustrating journey. Thanks!
