Hi great thanks, can you send me an email address I can send to. The output of the fans (its 2 speed with 2 fans) is very substantial, just hardly any output! Changed pipes, pump but no better. Was thinking of changing the sock but don't know where to purchase one from.

Hi all, have a couple of SFAT machines and a snowboy but just bought a large (50cm fan) Chinese snow machine second hand. Fans work fine but very little output for a giant fan, so put a new 40w pump on and repiped in case everything was furred up. Still hardly any output. Anyone know who services or repairs machines like this in the Midlands?
