  1. Thanks for the recommendation, would look into them. I have yet to work out the economics of buying vs. hiring, but the prices in London don't seem competitive for the time frame I need it (over a month). I'm leaning to investing in a HD projector just because I foresee myself working with projection quite a bit in the next few years and would be nice to have a unit at hand to test out how videos would look, but I am not sure whether that's a worthwhile investment (considering maintenance, potential repair, etc.). Any advice? Thanks. I've looked into laser projectors and they can go quite expensive. So far, the Optoma ZH403 seems great for its value. There are others that stretches that budget (might have to save up a couple months more), like those from Sony, but with a 1920x1200 (16:10 aspect ratio). Any recommendations?
  2. Yeah but did he mean portrait and vertical or portrait and horizontal? Hi all. Thanks for the responses. It's a projector mounted overhead and on the side, to show 9:16 image on the wall.
  3. Hi there. I am relatively new to video and even newer to projection. I am looking to project a video [1920 (height) x 1080 (wide)] vertically. Could anyone recommend projectors that can be mounted vertically? There is around a 2 to 3.5 meters throw distance and I am looking to project the video around 2 meters high (might be less, but not more). But, the installation set-up isn't set in stone, thus the throw distances and height of video is open for negotiation depending on the technical constraints of the projectors. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
