  1. Hi there, Could you also email a scan of the manual to myself. My email address is samtanner55@yahoo.co.uk. Many thanks, Sam
  2. Hi all, Thanks for the replies, I have only just seen them as the email notifications went to my junk folder. The exact issue is that when I send a DMX command, the scroll moves at most 5cm in one direction from wherever it is on the scroll. The scroller doesn’t locate when initially powered which leads me to suspect a motor issue but having not really worked with scrollers I can’t . These particular gel stream scrollers have two indicator lights on the bottom, power and DMX, which come on respectively when selecting the DMX control option and upon powering the unit. I haven’t managed to find and further LED’s on the unit to give me any other indication as to status - whether they are on this particular model I wouldn’t be able to tell you as I have only just started working with scrollers. Robertdazzler, where would I find the analogue 0-10v input on the PCB. The unit doesn’t have any external analogue input connections so I would suspect it is only on one of the two PCB’s in the scroller. If you could email across to me the information that you have that would be great. I will send across my email address to you. Many thanks, SRT456
  3. Hi all, First post here so hopefully I’m doing things right. I have been tasked by one of my friends in the industry to look at some Gel Stream Colour Scrollers that he owns which are currently not responding to DMX properly at all. I am outputting DMX from an ETC Nomad kit and have tried things like changing the DMX speed (a recommendation from ETC to try due to the age of the device) and patching as both a scroller and a dimmer channel to no success. I’m at a loss and was wondering if anyone here has experience working with these scrollers, or have any documentation on it as there appears to be nothing online for this model of scroller. Many thanks, SRT456
