After speaking with the manufacturer and the supplier it turns out the Transmitter sequencer was faulty - new one supplied and works perfectly

Hi all, I have 10 of the alpha fire single cue receivers and both transmitters A & B, Transmitter A syncs with the receivers perfectly and the green light flashes as it should when pairing them. However when I try to set Transmitter B, the sequencer, the green light just goes off and no delay, regardless of time delay selected seems to synch with the receivers. I have read the instructions online, I have watched some You Tube videos, none that I have found actually show the steps for transmitter B. Any and all help / comments would be greatly appreciated.
