Just installed a Bluestream MFP72 Pres Switcher in church to replace faulty Kramer unit. Scenario: Input 1- Socket on wall for Laptop/DVD via Kramer HDMI-Cat5 boxes Input 2 - Socket on wall via 15m HDMI cable Input 3 - Local PC HDMI out Input 4 - Spare Input socket in Rack (For additional Laptop) I thought I would buy a couple of new 5m HDMI cables to have as spares (LMS DATA C-HDMI2.0-5-X Premium High Speed 4K UHD HDMI Lead with Ethernet) In testing, everything worked as before with the old HDMI 5m cables but failed to output a signal with these new LMS DATA ones. Any ideas? - I can't believe the new cables are both faulty, but would be nervous about buying any more for them also not to work.
