  1. Ive got one off ebay as far as room size it varies, it doesnt need to be crystal clear, its just a visual add on for stage, ive heard the uktra short throw is good but not cheap
  2. Can you add a link to the dongle you mean?
  3. I have the macbook air i7 so pretty decent, I want to play the wav audio files and movies projected back stage to accompany them. What tech is out there to do this, minimal equipment the better, I would like a durable projection screen or something, could anyone advise? I'm using LOGIC PRO X for output of both wav and video and my video output is a thunderbolt socket.
  4. It seems showbuddy is the easiest but time consuming making the light show. It appears drag n drop your presets into the mp3 then place them where you need them. Can this be speeded up with a midi keyboard triggering these presets or is it just drag n drop? I have 20 tracks that would take an age to do. If any of you guys was in my situation what would you choose? What package? Im a solo tribute act for madness and dont want to mess with anything once performing I need to perform so lights do make an important part of the show.
  5. What hardware is required for this?> https://www.lightjams.com/ does it run along side a backing track>? Only thing ive found is DMXIS that runs on macbook and then you program the lights
  6. I need 4 lights either side of the stage for solo tribute but will work to the rhythm of the music quite reliably, I have a kam setup but they are not reliable or sensitive enough or advanced to go to the rhythm well . I did have a swirling light once that had an insert and I believe they work off a certain frequency to activate, do you know of a system like that please?
