  1. Hi, I've got a unique 2 hazer which is constantly overheating, I bought this recently in 'spares/repair' condition, basically it had had some pretty awful 'temp repairs' which I've managed to sort out. Main problems were an incorrect air pump (knackered) missing a one way air valve so it was completely flooded with haze fluid, also the heat exchanger was blocked. I've fitted the correct air pump and one way valve, and cleaned out the heat exchanger and now it hazes really well...... except it keeps overheating and tripping the overheat thermostat.... click it back in and works fine again for a bit the trips out again. The heat exchanger can have a dull red glow to it where it gets so hot, is that normal? If I disconnect the thermocouple it glows bright red very quickly so I assume the thermocouple is doing it's job in governing the temperature, so either the thermostat is tripping too soon or the thermocouple is letting it get too hot? Anyone have any experience with this or any suggestions? Cheers
