Yeah, they said it was a common error by most people. Once the zip folder is on the memory stick, it needs to be unzipped, and there should only be one copy of it on the memory stick, multiple copies corrupt the USB driver. Also another thing they have suggested is using the highest storage memory stick possible. Care to share what the solution was? It's always useful to post such things for the benefit of other users having the same issue.

Thanks PJ, The support guys from the US gave me a call its all sorted now :) The only thing I cant seem to find on the strand website is the library editer thinggy, the software you use to create new moving light and LED fixture libraries... I've seen it posted on here twice, I have done what others have replied but still no use. I cant upload from or to the memory stick....
