  1. You'll get the 5V and the 12V from a standard "ATX" computer power supply - should be able to provide reasonable amps too. You should be able to get a used one very cheap, or even free if you know someone who is getting rid of an old computer. Lots of guides online as to how the connector is wired and how to extract the appropriate voltages. The 9V would require a separate supply, though.
