    I finished studying an HNC Technical and Production Theatre course at Edinburgh Telford College. It was mostly hands on and good work. I also work as an in-house lighting engineer at an Edinburgh venue, mostly lighting live band nights and clubnights. 7 years now! Oh and if you need a hand with the much loved Masterpiece desk (pfft!), get in touch; I've been using them for years ;)

    doing nothing, working long hours and not getting paid enough for what I do.
    For lighting inspiration.....
    Top Of The Pops - It's an institutional programme and forget the performances, I watched it for some of the brilliant, creative uses of intelligent lighting. I also go to see shows and gigs when I can.

    Ach alright, but still pretty much homebound. Getting to work when it's really needed but I'm trying to avoid anything strenuous. Got another op in March so we'll see how that goes. How's yourself?
