    I used to have one of these, I'm pretty sure the PSU was simply a transformer in a box something like 18V-18V AC supply with the other pin connected to the centre tap. The phantom power was 36V derived from the AC.

    Probably RS232 Serial port? The original Rolacue Pearls had this on, for a riggers remote.
