Thanks in advance<{POST_SNAPBACK}> www.spray-insulation.co.uk supply sprayed foam, which can be carved, sculpted, sanded and painted. They have a stage props page off their Articles page. Whilst it is not a paint supplier, it is useful if you want to make your own props. A thought for paint would be for you to buy your 3 primary colours plus black and white and to mix your own - it works out far cheaper in the long run!
