My secondary school has a live 42 mixer. it's a 12 or 16channel.

I was trying to get the PFL and AFL to work and I've come to the conclusion that there is something wrong with the phones socket (all the level meters are working).

I was wondering if there was a cheap and easy way to fix it without having to lift the whole front panel off? It would be very useful to get this working A.S.A.P as we have many production and gigs coming up after the holidays.
