m_daweswood Posted July 21, 2005 Posted July 21, 2005 I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on making a C.V. I am going through the process of making one for my self and if anyone knows what would be good to have in it or what technical employers are looking for
Guest lightnix Posted July 21, 2005 Posted July 21, 2005 CVs have been discussed before, but as the Search Function won't search for anything less than four letters long it's a bit difficult to find the threads. Try this and this for some useful info :)
Suzette Posted July 22, 2005 Posted July 22, 2005 PLEASE if you are applying for a job, read the advert and if the advert says "for more details contact...." then make the effort and contact them! I know it sounds like very basic advice but the number of people who don't find out more details about a job, or read the advert, is extremely high. I am currently looking for a Technical ASM, and part of their job will be to drive the van to collect props and furniture. This was mentioned in the advert and is specified in the job description, yet I still receive cv's from people who do not have a driver's licence!
