Projector screen

Hi im looking for options with projector screens. Im wanting a screen that doesnt project onto the front of it. This will alow the person in front of it not to be covered with the projection. Can anyone offer any solutions? Is there some sort of name for the projectors BBC News use? Thanks

What you are looking for is a rear projection screen (RP).

Just out of interest what would I need to project onto it? if I used a normal projector, wouldnt the image on the front be the oposite way round? what would I need to make it the correct way?

Most modern data projectors can do RP.

There will be a menu setting somewhere to allow you to do RP, or to hang the projector upside-down if hanging from the ceiling... That is assuming you want a data/video projector, if it's 35mm slides, just put them in the carousel backwards!

Hi andrw it is data/video. if I put the projector upside down, then wouldn't the picture be upside down too?

Yes, but there should be an option on the menu to turn it back the right way. You probably don't need to for your application.
