What happened to all the people after work?

If this had come up in 12 months time it would have been ideal, I'm just halfway through my degree at the moment and I don't fancy leaving just yet, I could even put a tick next to the driving licence for 24 months

Woud have loved that job, but I'm just going into uni and have no real experience yet ;)

I also see no problems in starting at the bottom and learning my way up, you tend to get more opportunities that way as you meet more people.

I agree with this, forgot to say aswell the fact the job was in London was a bit off putting, bin a simple Yorkshire lad :-)

Who's the lucky winner?

Hooorah indeed Lightnix! B-)

The lucky winner is an ex-venue technician.

Why did we go for this guy over others?

-1- Willingness to admit he needed to learn new skills or brush up on them( perfect for us to mold him to our way of working)

-2- Not still at uni - hence available

-3- Not 15 ( 70% of the applications were from people who were still at school and had not completed their exams)

-4- I had to take a call - Another phone line rang seeing everyone else was busy, he just answered it! B-) Took a message and carried with on the interview.

-5- Got the impression he would still be in this job with 10outof10 for 3+ years. (one doesn't need to retrain new people every 12-18 months when they want to go off and further their lighting design careers :) )
