I've got a quad box truss, that I want to hang on spreader bars with half couplers and an eye bolt, but I need to hang a curtain off the top front rail. (There's not the height to put in on the bottom rail plus wants to cover the box truss.)

It's not a massive curtain its a 6x6 star cloth on a piece of 400x400 quad truss.

As it won't have the weight of the curtain on on the ground, is there any easy way to level this at height? Like putting a small level hoist between the front chord and the hanging point above the truss or anything? With a round sling I'd just let more in or out but I don't think I'll be able to do that with a solid bar... I could offset the eye, but I guess it would be guesswork how much?

“West coast” the cloth, so it’s weight is on the truss at ground level, if your spreader is made from scaff you can slide your half coupler to eye to find the perfect balance point before lifting to height.

To “West coast” a cloth is to roll it up and use some of its ties to hold the cloth in a sausage like bundle. If it’s too big a bundle to use its ties, small lengths of string or tie-line can be used

Thanks, I did wonder about bundling it up to put the weight on, that's what I'll try doing.

I'll fashion something adjustable with scaff or I might just get away with a round sling. I've got 6.7m to the hanging point (I think) and a 6m curtain I'd really like not be dragging on the ground so Ive got 700mm for chain block and a roundsling, I've measured chain block is hook to hook is about 380mm so it might just (just) fit with a round sling.

Honestly I need to test it as I am not sure. The load is a star cloth on the front, it isn't crazy heavy. I was wondering about that. I will probably pre-build it in a taller space and test it to see how stable it is, I can build it in a space with a winch bar and test the cloths just sling it under the existing bar and see what happens.
