Transformer identification - balancing output

I've got a Peavey USB-P that a transformer has come off the board, it was probably thrown down the fire escape on a get-out or fell of the van and bounced into the van behind, the usual careful handling.

It's snapped the tails of the transformer off and try as I might I can't resolder them, as they are so thin they just spring apart when the transformer is soldered back onto the board.

Picture below - is anyone able to identify what this is? I can't find anything off the markings on the good one... and anything I can find on CPC etc seems to be centre tapped not 4 pin.

I'll change both so an exact match isn't essential.

whip the other on off and measure the resistance of both windings, maybe chuck a volt or half up one side and measure the voltage on the other, that'll give you some rough specs to go by.. Another thought ,why not solder some new wires to the tails on the existing tranny, you'll have to fashion some other way of mechanical fixing but nothing a drill and a few cable ties wont sort

The tails have snapped off, so the transformer came off it's legs with 4 legs and the tails still attached to the board. I tried joining new wire onto the little 1mm stubs sticking out but they always come off when you solder the leg end, then I tried unwinding a turn off each leg but one of them came out from underneath and snapped off even further, then I gave up on repairing the old one. I'll desolder the other & see

40 ohm primary side, 50 ohm output side, pretty much 1:1 ish.

Haven't got an AC PSU that goes that low but will have a look based on 1:1.25 or something.

Pin spacing is approx 10mm on a side and 11mm between sides it's only a diddy little thing - I'm not sure if it's an audio transformer or just a standard thing
