Eurolite VIS 071

I know not in the spirit of the site but...

4 of the above 'disco lights' have been put on the van which means several hops by different people on the way to me, this means any time scale from a week upwards (some intercom bits took 7 months). At this time I'm not sure if it's as a means of disposal or repair 2 have been 'dead' for a while, at the weekend the remaining 2 were in use, quite early one started 'screaming' (I'm assuming SMPS or stepper motor) and only red light so taken out of service, following day the last one 'died'.

 

I can't find any mention of the above title, searching for Visage VIS071 all I found was the avolites personality file and a catalogue, both of which appear to indicate them being RGB LED.

 

Does anyone have any info about them, including are they worth bothering with?

Visage is an "own brand" of Batmink in Glastonbury. You could try calling them for more info. It's a good while since I've dealt with them for repairs but hopefully someone will be able to help.

Ending up on the site you linked to (after a series of incorrect hits for various models) I immediately discounced as looks very different. I've phoned to verify which model, he describes as a cubic foot black box. Thanks for the effort.
