Martin Magnum 2000

Hey ppl.

Ok I have a Martin Magnum 2000 and it's been out of use for the past 7 months now so now I've decided (well had time) to tackle the problem.

Basically when turning on the machine, all is fine - it heats up and after 10 mins it begins to smoke but the thing is that it is not being controlled correctly by the controller. First of all there is no control over how much smoke comes out of the machine and the only way to stop it is to turn the controller off and when the smoke does come out, instead of pushing the smoke button for a blast of smoke, it seems to switch off the ready state of the machine. After say 30 minutes the smoke stops coming out of the machine all together.

 

Anyone got any suggestions before I open this beast up and having a good old poke around or before I get it serviced.

 

Oh and I'm trying to do the 'cleaning it out with distilled water' routine but like I say after a while it completely stops pumping.
