Smoke machine wiring

I am fitting a smoke machine into some custom built set I am using an old ZF3000 fogger for the basic components but I pulled the it apart a very long time ago and I am having trouble remebering what one of the wires does can any one help (I have marked it with an arrow ) -Is it a second heating element ???

I think that the connection indicated is to the thermostat / cutout. What is the connection?

Don't know that model, but I'd have to go with thermostat connection as well - although never seen a 'stat with spade terminals before.

There's nothing else it can be, is it? All fog machines have thermostats to stop you pumping the element full of fluid before it's hot enough. Take a multimeter to it and see :).

Oh ok so when the temp is right the curcuit is made .........that makes sence thank you :)
