Wysiwyg show only 3 Beams in live mode

Hi everyone.

I don't know if this issue has already been discussed.

I have Wysiwyng R40 and control it from MA2.

in live mode I can only control the first 3 fixtures in order.

in the patch window, however, I see the values change but nothing happens.

anyone have any idea what it is?

I remember speaking to a friend about this some time ago as he had the same issue, re-authorising his USB dongle with Cast seemed to solve it.

Of course, this relies on it being a legitimate copy of wysiwyg, and not one of the illegal "cracked" versions available online or sold on several well known online marketplaces! Which we do not condone here at all.
