Hey guys,

 

I have just acquired 4 GDS HO uplighters and having a few issues.

 

Two work perfectly however the other two will only go up to 615 on the menu when they should have settings that go up to 670 and they have absolutely no light output at all!

Is this a setting in the menu I have missed somewhere?

Are they all on the same firmware? Seems odd that they wouldn't be if they all came as a set but does make you wonder. I've used them a fair bit in the past, but not really had any such issues. However, GDS are usually pretty helpful if you give them a call.

I must admit I did wonder this although even in the older user manuals it shows settings up to 670!

Will give them a quick call tomorrow I think!
