Over haul motors

Hi All,

I am looking into overhaul motors for a counterweight flying system, does anyone have any experience of these? It is to minimise the amount of time that a load is out of balance and to also cut down on reliance on muscle power for getting bars in and out, I have been to a few venues that have them but have never seen one used and wanted to know the pros and cons of this kind of system.
