Good solution for band show control

Hi all,

I'm looking to start controlling some intelligent fixtures myself during our live show and need to know the best options. The fixtures are simple DMX par cans and a few moving heads and I'd like to get away from a physical lighting desk - maybe ipad control or pc/Mac? Ideally just being able to hit a switch to start the next scene would be ideal to keep things simple once programmed.

Any advice will be much appreciated.
