Hey, thanks everyone for the replies/suggestions (I was doing the gig wth Rob). We ended up doing it with a combination of splitters and direct outs on the monitor desk (a bit of a last minute bodge but it all worked fine first time).

I'm going to get hold of a proper 24way splitter so that we don't have this issue again.
