Cctheatre Posted December 22, 2018 Posted December 22, 2018 hi one of the channels on my betapack is staying on continuously - is there anything I can try to fix this? The test button is definitely not pushed inThanks
DrV Posted December 22, 2018 Posted December 22, 2018 The most likely cause of a single channel being on permanently is a shorted triac. If you are competent to work on the innards of mains equipment then they're easy enough to replace.Dave

DrV Posted December 24, 2018 Posted December 24, 2018 Ok - usual caveats relating to safety apply. Be sure the the Fast-on connectors are tight and, while you're in there check the tightness of the main bus-bar terminations (where the mains comes in) and check for any scorching or signs of overheating on them and on any of the other Fast-ons.Dave
