PeterYork Posted December 3, 2018 Posted December 3, 2018 Hi,Really hoping some out the has a better filing system than me.Some one / some company kindly published an instant wisdom chart of radio frequencies / band / number of (realistic) adjacent channels across the revised band / frequency allocations. E.g. frequencies to set to squeeze 19/20 into band 38/39 setup.I lost my copy, does anyone have something like?I have a group all ready (house mics) set to use B38 (what a surprise...). I need to add 8 more. License to use 39 but lost my frequency guide....Urgent advice requested. ....Thanks,Peter.
Jevans Posted December 3, 2018 Posted December 3, 2018 Are you thinking of this document by Sennheiser?
PeterYork Posted December 3, 2018 Author Posted December 3, 2018 YES!You are a hero!Goodness knows why / where / when my copy disappeared - I also had a few useful notes about licensing - often overlooked.Anyway my thanks, esp for your swift reply..Best wishes,Peter.
ninjadingle Posted December 4, 2018 Posted December 4, 2018 Thought I'd add this - useful little tool for checking for intermodulation between frequencies...
MarkBarl Posted December 4, 2018 Posted December 4, 2018 Remember, it's not quite as simple for mixing IEMs and Radio mics because they take up different bandwidth. If you look at the Sennheiser IEM chart compared with the Radio mic chart shared earlier you will see that for instance in Ch38 you can get 13 Radio mics, but only 9 IEM. I would suggest getting Sennheiser WSM software to help coordinate your frequencies.
