How recently did you buy them? Stairville equipment has a fairly lengthy warranty, so you could just send them back to Thomann for replacement.

Often missing colours is caused by dry solder joints. It's possible to remake these joints, if you know someone familiar with PBC repairs they might be willing to look at it for you.

Dry solder joint or Dark Emitting Diode, D.E.D. in the chain or driver channel failure.

Some dry joints will work with gentle pressure on the LED.

D.E.D. can sometimes be identified by shorting out each LED in series chain.

Driver channel fail will affect all of one colour.

If none of above makes any sense, take it to someone.

I have some relatively old ones - they may still be much the same. There's an inline fuse in each of the R, B & G leads that connect the rear, control circuit board to the front one. IIRC easiest way to access these is to remove the front board. I had several go when the units were still quite new, (mostly on Red) but replacement fuses of the same type & value seem to have held up well since then.
