Hello,

 

I have a Biamp Nexia SP 4/8 processor, which yesterday was reported to not be passing any audio. The LEDs on the front panel were green, but no audio was passing. The unit was power cycled and the STATUS LED was then solid red.

 

Logging in to the device on a laptop, it showed the device was online and passing audio, but there was still silence. I went in and initialised the device, with the idea being I could re-upload the config. The device now gives an error "Error sending configuration - Device ID 1 at IP address <whatever>". The status LED now flashes green, red then 6 quick red flashes.

 

Has anyone seen this behaviour before?
