Robertdazzler Posted July 3, 2018 Share Posted July 3, 2018 New to USB driven DMX I have bought a Velleman K8062 kit in Maplin's dying days, supplied with DMX Lightplayer software. I asked the question about soft patch before purchase but could not get a sensible answer so bought it anyway. The hardware works OK but Lightplayer appears to miss an element that is vital for me - It does not seem to allow any soft patching and the instructions are overly simple. Have any members used Lightplayer and overcome this problem. Freestyler is alsosupposed to run with 8062. I am only using dimmer channels at the moment but need to pair several of these.
