tiger touch 2, unwanted dbo

Just had an interesting hiccup with an avolites tiger touch 2, running titan 10.1.

the desk was running with several submasters live, I noticed the clock was off so I adjusted the time.

Roughly a minute later the desk blacked out!

My initial reaction was to think it was power to the rig as the desk looked fine, but states were restored by dropping all faders to zero and reinstating them.

Luckily this was pre-show but the room is live so I wont try it again to see if the effect repeats, Is this a known bug?

The clock is important for synchronisation (I think mainly when multiple consoles are networked). I've made the mistake myself before while I was bored during a support band. As you say it is resolved by lowering and raising faders but I won't do that again! I have proposed adding some sort of warning/are you sure prompt.

A warning would indeed be a good idea!

Thanks for confirming the issue, fair enough if its not a good idea to change the clock during a session they should at least put some kind of warning or barrier in the way.

Really, it would be best if they could refresh the timing after a clock change without losing the sub states but at least with a warning you wouldn't do it with a live room.
