Karel Bata Posted January 4, 2018 Posted January 4, 2018 "Tink, Tink, where are you?" I usd to be Tinkerbell at the Shaftesury Theatre many years ago with Gayle Hunnicutt as Pan, then later with Bonnie langford (who would somersault while flying*) then Lulu. Or rather I operated a laser - a green one. I was a 'GLC Approved Lase Operator'. It worked well, the kids loved it, but the problem was not being able to have actors on stage at the same time as the laser is active. We got round that by just ignoring the rules! http://www.blue-room.org.uk/public/style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif The cast were told to make sure never to look out front while tink was on stage. I very much doubt you could get away with that now. *I later spotted the flying rig designer/oprator on the set of 2010 - he was flying Bob Balaban. Sorry that my post is a few months too late to be useful. In fact, I realise it's not useful at all... http://www.blue-room.org.uk/public/style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif So Barreller, what did you end up doing?
