DPA DAD6034 Adapters

Hey guys,

 

Do any of you guys have any DPA microphones that use the DAD6034 adapters? If so do you find the adapters do not always screw into belt packs and just spin? Is there an easy fix to this, spending £60-£80 for new ones is not ideal.
