ninjadingle Posted January 28, 2016 Posted January 28, 2016 Just wanted to say a big public thank you to the guys at Le Maitre - especially Steve - who helped me Monday when my MVS went into a continuous self clean cycle. Turned out the 2 contacts holding the heating element had just become gunked up and needed a clean - something I was able to sort out myself and save not only the cost of sending it back to be serviced, but also the cost of hiring in another machine and fluid etc Awesome work on their part - can't say enough good stuff! Thanks guys!
gareth Posted January 28, 2016 Posted January 28, 2016 Glad you got your problem sorted! I've found Steve to be incredibly helpful on several occasions - Le Maitre could give Jem/Martin a few lessons on how to improved their after-sales service!
