gsc1ugs
Hello, I have a powerstation 350 and struggling with a deep vocal effect from the lexicon unit, has anyone got a good vocal setting for this unit with backing music playing? it seems none existent when the music plays
KevinE
I dont want to insult your intelligence but you know that each effect can be 'modified' and 'saved'? I wonder if someone's turned your favourite preset down so that it has minimal effect even with the FX Send turned up all the way. To reset the various vocal effects to factory, select the required effect with the knob then press and hold the 2 buttons either side the selector until the led comes on. Winding the parameters up should give you some seriously 'deep' and 'long' echoes, reverbs and delays on the lexicon, enough for anyone I'd say! gsc1ugs
Thanks for info, if I reset all, which would you say is a good vocal effect against a music background?
KevinE
it's very subjective, I would experiment, you won't do any harm. So long as you can be sure the effects are actually working! Make sure you only have the required vocal and not the music routed through the fx unit. You need to discuss it with the vocalist, they should know the effect they want more than anyone.
